Together Yoga

Last weekend was auspicious. Many things flowed. Friends stayed at my house and on Sunday we did nothing and so much. After Guru Poojah, I asked the Siddha masters to come in this house and they did. The whole day we would transition from eating and laughing to spontaneously rising into meditative states of various flavor and depth and also try out techniques that would pop into our head. Here I’d like to share with you a couple :
  • Cat Cow + breath of fire
  • pendulum : arch your spine left right breathing in one side and breathing out the other
  • and the biggest surprise : Gaze without blinking - Yes the kid game. What happened was a big surprise : both our minds were completely still for about an hour. So try this : gaze into the other’s ajna, located between the eye brows - that’s all there is to it. A variation is to feel and think that the other person is you.
  • the next day an old friend of mine called me after 2 years of radio silence and I shared this one with her... she laughed when she felt the result : "ask yourself what your next thought is going to be" (thank you Eric for this little jewel).
Try these and tell me what happened. Enjoy the miracles within.
